ABOUT
The operator and the coach, in one person.
Faralo exists because the hardest part of the AI shift isn’t the technology – it’s the people and the workflow underneath it. That gap calls for someone who has lived both sides.
Meet Stacy

I’ve spent over twenty years in the middle of how work gets delivered.
Not watching from a strategy deck — in it. Building an Agile Center of Excellence from nothing. Running sixteen teams across eight portfolios at the same time. Taking delivery performance from 52% to 98% inside organizations that had been told it couldn’t move. I’ve worked in software, in media, in consulting, in non-profit, in enterprise, in startups. I built and ran a 34-person consultancy. I’ve sat in the rooms where leaders decide what to cut, and I’ve walked the hallways afterward with the people who absorbed the cut.
That second part is what changed me.
Somewhere along the way, I stopped being just the person who fixed the system and became the person people came to when the system was fixing to break them.
So I got certified. I became a Gallup CliftonStrengths coach and started pairing the processes with people — on how they actually do their best work. Over ten years, more than two thousand of them. Not in theory. In the room, in the hard conversations, in the moments when someone’s role is shifting underneath them and what they need most is a steady hand, not another framework.
I didn’t plan to start a firm. The market made the argument for me.
I watched company after company begin cutting their coordination and delivery layers in the name of AI — project managers, scrum masters, delivery leads — and I watched the same thing happen every time: the workflows those people held together quietly broke, and the humans who remained were disoriented about what their job even was anymore. Nobody was tending to either side. The processes were being redesigned without the people, or the people were being coached without the processes. I kept thinking, someone needs to do both at once. And then I realized I’d been doing both for over twenty years. I just hadn’t built a door with my name on it.
Faralo is that door.
Faralo takes its name from faro — lighthouse. Not because it sounds good, but because it’s the job: stand steady, cast light on what’s actually happening, and help people find their way through. That’s the work — help companies see clearly which parts of delivery a machine can carry and which parts need a human to hold, and then steady the people through the change so it actually lasts.
I believe AI will reshape how every team delivers work, it already has. I also believe the companies that get it right will be the ones that refused to treat a human reorganization like a software install. That’s not a tagline. That’s what I’ve watched play out, from the inside, for almost two decades.
If your organization is in the middle of that shift, I’d like to help you get it right.
Why Faralo Exists
The Cuts are happening. Nobody’s steadying the people left standing.
Across the market, companies are flattening their delivery and coordination layers for the AI era – and most are doing it too fast, with no one tending to the workflows that break or the people left standing. A consultant gets paid for the honesty an employee gets punished for. Faralo is that honesty, plus a method, plus a steady hand.
